We have ensured that both the general public and our registered practitioners have access to the most effective and successful brands for long-term wellbeing. Each of our products goes through a rigorous pre-approval process from our founder Emma Lane with her 25 years of experience as a naturopath and functional medicine practitioner. We only offer products that we know work from Emma's experiences in practice, other practitioners' feedback and/or research and science.
The Products
Emma says that one of the most exciting parts of her job is sourcing the products. We always try to deal direct with the manufacturers of our products, and many of our products are not available elsewhere in the UK and Europe. Our new website aims to maintain Emma’s rigorous selection criteria while making it easy for every visitor to find what they need depending on their health challenge.

Environmental
In our own processes we are always trying to become more environmentally aware. This is an ever evolving process and we are only a small way along, but at present we use energy saving bulbs, recycle all of the cardboard and paper and plastic we generate and we print our stationary and promotional cards on recycled paper.
Ecommerce is what we do
Holistics Online is an internet mail order business. That is to say we do not have a traditional type shop and we do not publish a paper catalogue - our website is our catalogue. Because ecommerce is all we do that is where our total focus goes. Subject to stock status, we will endeavor to ship your order the same day (Monday – Thursday, placed before 1.00pm), for delivery the next day within the UK. Any order placed on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday. Our standard form of shipment to the UK is by DPD/Interlink courier.
Shipments overseas
For all orders overseas please email the office to [email protected] to get a shipping quote. An invoice will then be raised to enable you to make payment. Upon receipt of payment the shipment will be made by either courier or Royal Mail tracked and signed depending on which country the goods are being dispatched to.
Credit Card Security & Confidence
Some people are concerned about giving their credit or debit card details over the internet. You needn't be concerned with us as we use the latest security measures to ensure your card details are kept safe. When you come to input your card details you will be doing so on a secure page which is managed for us by a company called Paypal or Worldpay depending on your payment method.
